Project Details
The Community Mentorship and Leadership Development Program was established to nurture responsible, confident, and socially conscious young leaders within Korogocho. Through regular mentorship sessions, leadership workshops, career talks, and community service activities, participants were equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to make positive life choices and contribute meaningfully to society.
The programme connected young people with professionals, educators, and community role models who provided guidance on education, career development, personal growth, and civic responsibility. By fostering leadership qualities and building self-confidence, the project empowered youth to become agents of positive change within their families and communities.
