Project Details
The Youth Skills Development and Entrepreneurship Project was designed to equip young people with practical skills, confidence, and opportunities needed to build sustainable livelihoods. Recognizing the challenges of unemployment and limited economic opportunities within informal settlements, the project offered training in entrepreneurship, financial literacy, leadership, digital skills, communication, and career development.
Participants also benefited from mentorship from professionals and community leaders who shared guidance on personal growth and business development. Through workshops, networking opportunities, and business incubation support, many young people were empowered to start income-generating ventures, seek employment, and become positive role models within their communities.
